Log into your BBF account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it back into its original shipping box with all protective padding, hardware, and assembly instructions included.

Schedule a Pickup

For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional courier pickup at your convenience; for smaller decor, simply attach our prepaid shipping label and drop it at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items to ensure they are in original condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
